Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add 2 1/2 cups of water and the Zatarain’s Dirty Rice Dinner Mix to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
